The whole production cycle takes place in Italy, inside the factory, with a specific and accurate supervision of every processing step.

Absolutely innovative welts, combining tradition to testing new technologies of printing. From basic colours to the gold, the silver and brass (bronze)for the hubcaps and the widest variety of prints : checked, spirals, fishbone, flowery. An innovative printing technique using classic, fluo,and metal colours.
We have dressed up the welt with trendy fabrics, making it the key element of the sole: lurex, mirror effect, flowers, marquetries also coupled with classic processing.
Welt meets to sneakers: it may be produced in thunit, microporous; for sport, sewn or moulded soles, in all traditional processing.

QUALITY REVIEW.
Our qualitative standards are applied in every process step, from the selection of materials to the final product. For each step we foresee a control to verify that the same has been perfectly realized: junctions, colours variations, length of points, sewing, absolutely precise measures guarantee that the welt when assembled to the sole will achieve an excellent product.
MATERIALS
Carefull research of raw materials combined to the accurate selection of materials:
- the leather expressly produced for the welt by the best Tuscan tanneries.
- the bonded-leather (salpa), regenerated salpa ecofriendly, for a medium range product or for prints or trendy colouring.
- micropourous and thunit also paired to leather, or studied for in-moulded sneakers.
COLORING AND SEWING
The coloring concerns mainly bonded-leather articles: Kendafarben waterbased, poliuretanuc or wax colours in the all possible manners. Sewing is a distinctive element of the welt: it may be single or multiple, very fine or for anphibians, tone-on-tone or in contrast; it becomes the hallmark of the whole shoe.
CUTTING AND ASSEMBLING
The leather turned into large bands, is cutted in different manners. An article may require up to 20 processing passages to be com pleted. From the kind of cutting we get the shaping required for that article: wheeled, cresting, slotted, ready to be assembled or refined in further steps.
